Training Policies & Payment Terms
1. Reservation & Initial Payment
An initial reservation payment is required to secure a training slot in our program.
This reservation fee:

Is required to confirm enrollment

Secures instructor time and training equipment

Is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable
Training dates are limited and reserved exclusively for each student upon payment.
2. Remaining Balance
The remaining balance is due on the first day of training before participation begins.
Accepted payment methods may include:

Credit / Debit Card

Zelle
-
Bank Transfer (ACH)
-
Cash
-
Check
Failure to remit payment as agreed may result in cancellation of enrollment and forfeiture of previously paid amounts.
3. No Refund Policy
All training payments are final.
Once training begins:

All fees are considered fully earned

No refunds, credits, or prorations will be issued

This applies regardless of attendance, progress, or completion
This policy includes, but is not limited to:

Voluntary withdrawal

Personal scheduling conflicts

Illness or physical limitations
-
Weather-related delays
-
Failure to complete the course
Students are strongly encouraged to review their availability and commitment prior to enrolling.
4. Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling requests must be made at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to the scheduled start date.
Requests made fewer than thirty (30) days before the training date may require a new reservation payment.
All rescheduling is subject to instructor availability and operational considerations.
5. Safety & Instructor Authority
Paramotor Orlando prioritizes safety at all times.
The School reserves the right to suspend or terminate training if, in the professional judgment of the instructor(s), a student’s conduct or condition presents a safety risk.
In such cases, no refund or credit will be issued.
6. Payment Disputes
By submitting payment, the student confirms acceptance of these policies.
All payments are authorized transactions for scheduled training services.
In the event of a payment dispute, Paramotor Orlando LLC reserves the right to provide signed agreements and proof of service to financial institutions and payment processors.
7. Proof of Service
Students acknowledge that training is a scheduled, instructor-led service.
Proof of attendance and initiation of training may be documented for internal records and verification purposes.
